The Future of Preventive Care

I think that saying that we're close to automating all the diagnostics is a mistake. But what I do think is absolutely possible, especially given the fact that there are not enough human doctors to see every patient every year. So then how do you automatically prioritize a doctor to spend time with the highest ROI people? Is there any risk for the most expensive things if we want to? How do we use limited healthcare resources optimally? And we have to be able to do that in an relatively automated way without precious doctors' time.
