Culture Has Made a Very Severe Rule

The best way to change behavior that is happening kind of naturally is to publicly shame it and to make it uncool. Right now, culture is not penalizing incredibly awful, juvenile, tribal mean bullying, nasty, dehumanizing behavior on social media. It's almost like the wolves have conquered mut to primitive minds on the heap, howling, they've conquered it.
