Using the Petlet Model and Kinesthetic Imagery

Combination of action observation and mental imagery using a petlet model. It's all about trying to synchronize the feeling imagine feeling of the movement with the visual stimuli that's presented on screen. We know from neuroscience research that if we ask people to engage in this combined observation imagery we tend to get increased activity in the areas of the brain involved in movement execution and planning compared to just asking them to observe or just ask them to image.
