Even seasoned fasters still get hungry. Most people don't get a lot of muscle lost, like connective tissue and skin. The anticipation of that hunger seems to be a bigger problem. It's not the same as chronic calary restriction where you get these big flaps of kin that you have to go in surgically and take out. And one of the things that's very unusual about fasting for weight losses is that we don't see the skin problems.
