I think every year we publish one or two pieces by people who are very inexperienced relatively which doesn't make sense but it was an amazing idea right. urgency and timeliness earlier you know the feeling that it's a big enough important enough story to still be worth telling in 12 months is key. A lot of the pieces that come in on spec that we do take are relatively rare all things told but the ones we do take are often you know some the person has a unique story to tell or or it comes from a slightly personal place.
