The Anchor of Spirituality

There are undoubtedly great extraordinary mystical experiences. I'm not an expert on these, but I've read enough here and there to know. The people who've had the most amazing experiences can also be plunged into the deepest darkness. And in that sense, you would say not to put too much store in claims of religious experiences in other faith traditions. That's not the thing that we anchor.
