In your research, did you find anything that people could do, especially the coaches that are listening? Are there things that will help to train people's pain tolerance or kind of DIY brain training that you came across? Yeah, so I spent a bunch of time looking into brain endurance training. This is this emerging idea of basically training your capacity to stay on task and on focus over a long period of time. And that's maybe that's a topic for another time. It works, but it's not necessarily ready for primetime or easy to integrate into normal training.
