Psychotherapy Homework

Psychotherape homework: What do you have your patients do for home work? I would rather give my patient two forty five minute sessions back to back in one week and do team therapy than move them to to recovery during that 90 minute period of time. Some people might need a medication, usually we can treat people without meds but we certainly wouldn't withhold it if it's needed. But the key is going to be learning to change your lifewith specific, specific tools like psychotherapy home work.
