How Long Do You Need to Hold a Stretch?

Most people hate frog pose, and i love it, so i'm weird with that. You're going to want to hold it at least 30 seconds forr as far as like flexibility training. The sweet spot is usually 30 seconds, 30 to 60 seconds for holding a stretch. Don't worry four not doing it all the way; you don't have to be able to get everythingon the oryou have to just use the stretch al right? So just kind of accept where you're at and not push yourself too far.
