Amira: Hi Dr. Cabral! I've been doing functional medicine detoxes quarterly, but sometimes my body reacts more strongly than usual. Is this normal, and how should I adjust? Casey: I experience very painful menstrual cramps every other cycle and was wondering why this happens every other months and what are some ways I can reduce the pain. Joy: During my previous pregnancies I struggled with frequent UTIs and vaginal infections.
