How Is Russia Doing on the Internet?
Russia is trying to gain more control of the information flow within their borders. The idea there is to replace western technology with russian ones. If you want to be really sovereign in the idea or teinistree, you need to make your own send conductors. But they all are still being made in asia, mostly by t s m c. O case of building out all these different parts of the stack ultimately leads up to an attempt to control information.
