How to Get a Baby to Sleep Well

The first thing I'd suggest is probably catching a baby like this up on sleep. And also to think about how much sleep this baby's losing in the night because they're being allowed to cry for such long periods of time. If your baby has a pacifier, there's no nothing wrong with sprinkling it on the floor when they're doing tummy time or in the, you know, your four month old to use it as an exercise.
