Jack Smith's Insight on the First Amendment

The president is charged with conspiracy to obstruct the federal proceeding and conspiring to defraud us all out of our voting rights. He chose not to charge insurrection because he wanted to avoid a debate over the First Amendment, but there's a criminal statute eating and abetting that gives aid and comfort to insurrectionists. I mean, America can see what's going on here. This is a guy who wants to appoint himself completely immune from the rule of law that applies to the rest of us.
