i can tolerate a good bit of load on it, and squat. I still can't probably get into low bar position, but i can dead lift, that feels ok. And bentas feels ok. The thing is, it's rapidly improving now, and i'm kind of afraid of like, oh, ye t feels fine. Ad, then ou're like, just load it upnd, see what happens. So just stick it stan to the stick into the plan.
