Anxiety and Parenting

i grapple with something similar to what you're talking about in therapy. And this is very common, like, parents respond to their children's emotions with anxiety. If your parent is let go in the other room or like, stop it, then you can tell that your kind scaring the hose. i did not feel any shame about crying about it, because my mam would always cry when we were watching movie. When i start crying, like, out of nowhere about something else, that feels abnormal to me. It really showd me that, like, it's actually just the way it's modelled to you.
