i think anything that helps your teachers sort of save time and focus their attention on what's important, you like with o planning our mass meetings. So i'll tend to do those all one term in advance. You know, it becomes like a living document that people have conversations then,. equally, whenever i'm planning with them, we can all have it open at the same time.
