I think there is a small percentage of recruiters who you shouldn't even bother with because they'll never hire you no matter what you do. A lot of times it's just, you know, policies, but behind those policies, there are real people who are willing to listen and all they want is good teachers for their students. What would you say about companies that use native speakerism in their marketing? I wouldn't go to a gym trainer that has a four weeks certificate. For me, I don't ever want to learn a language from somebody who hasn't learned a foreign language before. But if you're where you're going on an intermediate level or something like that, then yeah
