A lot of people think that a roth array is an investment it is not. So you have accounts that hold your investments. The ones that credit unions and banks offer actually let you invest in the stock market. They're more similar to like a c d and so it's really low risk, which is nice. But the downside is that your money is not going to grow,. or you can't expect it to grow at nearly the same rate as if you were to invest in the stock market...
