Moving Forward in the Dialogue

I don't see us moving backwards, I think we are moving forward in our dialogue. We all want to do the best. Sometimes there are misunderstandings that can create some tensions. The UN has also taken each share of criticism. It's very stressful when the air sirens go off and the missile strikes happen.
