I think as the manager, you have to cover off so many bases that you actually really believe that they're gonna do something. And there's just endless errors of work in that because it's like doing an exam. If you skip a bit, then you'll have your doubts. Whereas if you're a Torah in what you do, then you'd be very confident. But I think if you're fair and you're clear what's required and if they're not doing it, you can show them, you didn't do it like. That's what you really want.
