The Supreme Court's Reversal of the First Factor in the Campbell Decision

Before Campbell, the rule that came out of Supreme Court was that any commercial use was presumptively unfair. And now it seems like there's a course correction. The thing that I would have preferred a little bit was the court actually saying that they're correcting course. They made a very narrow decision, but they didn't overrule Campbell.
