The outage felt like a part of our infra structure was down. What's ap as a messaging platform is essential for many parts of the world. The mexican government depends upon what's ap on such a level of intimacy that the outage basically mobilized the entiremexican government, which is absurd. And also here in canada, even municipal, small municipal governments were themselves greatly disabled by this outage.
