The General Is a Model for the Ruler

Once he's in charge, he becomes in charge. He doesn't seem to be that he he has a direct, sort of subordinate relationship with the ruler. So his concern for the people is only as assets as somebody whois providing for the warfare for the soldiers. It's the same way he likes soldiers, but he likes them as as a tool,.
