The brain needs you need to recruit the attentional system. It's a mindset thing, right? If you sit down to any cognitive task and or physical task and pray for focus, you'll be praying a long time. I get concerned about people trying to leverage too many tools even though I talk about a lot of tools. At some point you got the work that you're there caffeinated, you're hydrated, as they say, go shut up and go.
