He was down in the Virgin Islands when he decided that and he just said, we're not going to have any kind of consideration of whoever President Obama names. This sort of leads me to ask about the other case or set of cases that has been getting a lot of attention with respect to the abortion pill. Could you explain to folks how it can be that under our system, one judge in Texas in a single judge division can decide to issue a nationwide injunction? How can that be? Isn't that amazing?
