Do You Have a Running Stride?

A regular lifting habit, it is really important for older runners. One of my favorite ways to include strides into a run that actually will likely save you some time: do them during the final mile and then walk or stand around in between each stride. You can get consistent with a little bit higher volume, a long run very much like we're looking at here. And once you're comfortable with that, add in those workouts on the track as well.
