junior doctors have had a real-tems pay cut of 26% over the last 15 years or so and that is really affecting us. We think it's unfair really that doctors who have been working so hard, particularly through the recent COVID pandemic are not being recognised by the government. The vote was overwhelmingly in favour of strikes.
