Green energy is one of the most controversial issues in business today. The U.S. government has introduced a windfall tax on fossil fuel companies if they don't reduce their emissions by 20 per cent within five years. This could be used as an incentive for firms to move away from coal-fired power plants and into renewable sources, such as biofuels like algae or other forms of "green" energy. Inventor John Defterios says there are many ways that businesses can take advantage of this new policy - but it's not easy.
