The biggest misconception that's out in a lot of current i mean, there's lots of stuff out there. There's click bate galore on the inner net, talking about how it's going to fire no matter what. The mistake is it's not balanced. People can work it as a unit when they need it, and also work it eccentrically because we don't want people suckin their gut in. That's not good. You want to be able to breathe. It's really fun to share this message with people who are yoga teachers and are looking at bodies every single day.
