The Importance of Accepting Depression
I would rather feel motivated by that depression to go and do something, then just sit there and let it affect me. If I feel down, I'll go in the gym, I'll smash a workout and I'll feel better after that workout. There's so many double standards between men and women. You can't say what you want to say online, you get hate for it. And on top of that, the men are making themselves weak about blaming everything on depression and other mental illnesses. The competition here and the competition there is so different. Like everyone just, it's such a pussy nowadays. Everyone's such a snowflake nowadays.
