I think the most powerful point I took away was the fact that through keying in to apocalyptic Pentecostalism of modern Brazil and the way that gives that allows ordinary Brazilians to feel that they or the ones who support Bolsonaro at least to feeling that they have a stake in the nation. The contrast with the rulers kind of more paternalistic image or the fact that it's kind of return, you know, led the good times return, and how that doesn't quite have the same resonance for people Feeling that they're participating in something where they have kind of a meaningful resonance is key insight.
