Do You Really Need a D Load?

The only real scientific answer here is harder than last time. If you feel like you need to de load after two weeks of training, you're probably pushing it too hard. The threshold for whatou might be considered hard is probably different for different people. Your body's feedback is what tells you how hard your training should be. You can leave the gym feeling better than when you entered it but shouldn't do recovery or de-load style training 90% of the time. And if you fall asleep easier and wake up feeling more refreshed that's a pretty good indication that your training is appropriate.
