Russia and Russia in the Black Sea

British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said Thursday that a Russian fighter jet released a missile near a British spy plane over the Black Sea in an encounter on September 29th. Wallace said that he expressed concern about the incident with his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoyugu and that he replied by saying the missile release happened due to a technical malfunction um so Wallace said that Shoyugu acknowledged that the encounter took place over international waters but still I mean just the state of things right now imagine that that turned into Russia downing in a British plane even if it was an accident according to CNN's John Defterios.
