Nearly all of the legislation that the House is going to pass, especially on abortion, is going to be DOA in the Senate. The Republicans are actually talking about a much broader view of trying to restrict abortion access through these spending bills. So while we're only a few days out from the anniversary of the Dobs decision, this is a debate that Congress is going to continue to have for the next couple of months at least.
