The Universal Liturgy of Philip II
Philip II is of two minds, really. He's very, very interested in the reforms because he sees the universal liturgy as a way of uniting his kingdom religiously. So Philip would like to see all these sort of brought together into a single unified liturgical. But on the other hand, he also wants to have protection for some of these very, very old practices.
