I was very fortunate to work for John when we did because he was very connected to the business. He made you think that anything was possible like his sales meetings in Edgecliffe and Paddington. We're always focused on product knowledge and we just try to do a bit better every year. That's just how we were sort of wired from working for John. Back then, it wasn't what it is today.
