Is This a Revolution or Are We Just Playing House Here?
The piece was initially titled, is this a revolution or are we just playing house here? But I ended up changing it for Sotheby's. The image of the blood in the streets late to the ball came from a 4chan post I had seen in the last crash, 2016. It was kind of like a parable about markets, which was there's this incredible ball happening and no one wants to leave. At midnight death will crash through the door and kill everyone.
