Can a Conviction of Donald Trump Be Upheld?

Representative Jamie Raskin said that an insurrection conviction would prohibit Trump from serving again in any public office. But isn't that an uphill battle? I mean, even if you get the conviction, that's an unclear legal path, isn't it? Yes. Even if a conviction were to come to pass and be upheld, there would be a substantial legal challenge to whether that disqualification provision would stand up.
