I think the key to a successful commercial open source product is discovering a real pain point. You talk to other engineers, you know, you see what is this a problem they also experiencing? And if you find that this is a common problem that doesn't have an adequate solution to it, you create one. So once you kind of define that, there is a way to make it actually commercially viable.
