The Importance of Access to Psychedelic Medicine
Stephen King: I think access is really important, and that's another problem in psychotherapy has is it's too expensive. Most people can afford it, or if their insurance covers it most therapists don't take it so that's something that needs to change. He says as psychedelic medicine continues to be built out and mainstreamed, we need to figure out to get it to the people who need it the most. "I'm not quite sure what to do about this extractive mentality," he says of ketamine treatment. 'We'll sort of see what happens'
