i'm deeply skeptical because of some of the fundamental and structural issues with our government. None of them havcome a set of regulations anyone ahe has to follow. The only way to regulate these things is effectively regulation by litigation, which involves having regulators who care enough to go litigate law three times. And so without that, i'm not convinced there is enough political will for regulators to do any kind of serious activity. If you have a bunch of new political candidates supported by crypto money in 20 20, then it becomes even less likely that you end up with a bill with limits that are really going to contain it.
