EDMC continued to thrive during the recession despite their misrepresentation, which is a bit messed up. In 2009, 15 psychology students at Argusy University said that the school didn't get its American Psychological Association accreditation in time for their graduation. They say they can't transfer their course credits to other accredited Argusy schools located around the nation since the Dallas program was unaccredited. And we'll return to the suit the whistleblowers filed against Brown Mackey, one of the EDMC branches. But for now, let's talk about a few more that were filed against Argusy not long after this.
