Jepotidicin for Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection
Jepotidicin is a novel first in class oral antibiotic. It does inhibit DNA dry race and topo rice on race four. But notably, vancomyper sensitivity but protect against AKI. And this is a space we sorely need a drug, right? In the beautiful 2019 AMR reports that came out before COVID, we had made tremendous gains removing some of these resistant organisms.
