The Consequences of Not Meeting a Goal
If you consistently not meet a goal, there are some systemic consequences for not doing so. Coaches lose their job, right? These go out of business, okay? And that is where most teams, athletic or corporate and period, the world class elite teams, the worldclass elite corporations, they have those Goals are performance based, standards are behavior based. This is what we are expected to achieve while we're here. And this is how we're expected to behave while doing it.
