Randall Crouser: I think the big takeaway from the likely midterm elections is that you're probably going to have a divided government, and you're not going to get a lot done. He says even though we're calling for a recession, there's not going to be the usual response by the Fed or any other government agency. And so that's going to result in not only a recession, but probably when the economy comes out of recession, it's going to come to some sluggish growth level until inflation comes down.
