The Importance of Having a Strong, High Functioning Team

The head of design ops at lascian has had to kind of adapt in that role. Lascian as a company has been around lascians 20 years old wow. As an org compared to engineering, we're pretty young, which means that we've just kind of grown over the past 10 years and in both size and offerings quote unquote and maturity. When I joined three years ago, we were trialing out a different model and figuring out how can we really double down on how we work cross functionally as a team is where the team work right.
