The Role of Fermented Foods in Mental Health

Psychobiotics is a way of looking at how to improve people's mental health. We look at different strains of bacteria and prebiotic but we're also now looking at whole dietary approaches like increasing fibers which act as a prebiotic and fermented foods. Fermented foods are really important and could play a big role in mental health management and mental illness prevention because it's a great way of democratizing microbial solutions.
