The Stock's RS Rating Is Not Hit a New High

The stock has hit a new high, but the RS rating is not. The way you can hold for a bigger move, by the way, is keep your position size small. And then I'm not going to give it any room to move because I'm a swing trader at heart. You know, just think they've got really good fundamentals a good fundamental story.
