The Hermetic Tradition: A History of Ideas Podcast

This podcast will trace the genealogy of a connected group of discourses and ideas which have woven themselves into the fabric of European culture. The show will investigate the very roots of important concepts essential to Western esoteric thought. Our historical journey will be roughly chronological, starting at the beginnings of civilization in the Near East and moving forward in time. No single person could do justice to such a huge project, so the show will rely whenever possible on interviews and dialogue with leading scholars and specialists.
