The Importance of Proof of Address

In South Africa, we had a problem. We had 15 million mobile phone lines that no one knew who the phone line was. So imagine going into rural areas where people don't have any infrastructure and then scanning people's identity if they had no depth. Most is you asking for proof of address. The guy says, other than a mad check in the middle of you, I don't have aProof of address. And so they're not even doing the U.S., but let's get the United States EU, et cetera. But you guys, they can't do the nice guys. I think you guys are missing.
